Cancellations
Cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled start and no cancellation surcharge is charged. Inside 24 hours we may retain a call-out portion if a crew has already been dispatched.
Reschedules
Move the booking once at no fee when you give us at least 24 hours notice.
Re-cleans
Bond cleans include a 72-hour free re-clean window if the agent flags covered items. That work is not a refund — it is completed on site.
Refunds
If we cannot attend a confirmed booking for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund of any prepaid amount. Bank processing times vary.
