1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive written or on-screen confirmation. Access to the property, water and power must be available for the booked window.
2. Scope of work
The service description on your quote is the scope. Extra rooms, extreme grease or biohazard work may be re-quoted on site before we continue.
3. Bond guarantee
The 100% bond pass promise applies to end-of-lease cleans booked as such, subject to the Bond Guarantee page and any exclusions listed on your invoice.
4. Liability
Public liability cover is held with Allianz Australia. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage recorded on the inbound condition report.
