Service charter
TrueBlue Clean is an NDIS provider. Domestic assistance is delivered by police-checked staff. We invoice plan managers or the NDIA portal so participants do not pay a gap when the support item allows it.
Choice and dignity
We work to the participant’s routine, preferred products where safe, and household access rules.
Records
Visit notes are kept only as long as NDIS and insurance rules require. Ask support@trueblueclean.com.au for a copy.
